Esi Eggleston Bracey is a transformative business leader whose work has redefined how brands drive growth, culture, and social impact. Most recently Unilever’s Global Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, she led marketing transformation across a $60B portfolio of 400 brands, including Dove, in 190 countries. Previously, she was President of Unilever USA, CEO of Unilever Personal Care North America, and President of Coty’s Consumer Beauty division, following 25 years of marketing and general management leadership at P&G.

Esi’s career is defined by marketing firsts: she created the Febreze brand, changed the face of beauty with CoverGirl and Queen Latifah, and launched iconic products like Lash Blast mascara and Outlast no-transfer lip color.
