Always a bold disruptor with a kind heart, Kory began her career in sales and marketing roles at LVMH and Puig before spending 18 years as an executive leader at Shiseido. In her role as Senior Vice President of Marketing for bareMinerals, she helped lead the brand’s turnaround, and over the course of her career helped transform prestige brands, mentor emerging leaders and scale businesses across multiple divisions. Kory earned her Master of Professional Studies, Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing & Management (CFMM) from the Fashion Institute of Technology and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. She serves as an Executive Mentor for the Fashion Institute of Technology and an Executive Mentor for Adweek. Kory was appointed to the Board of Directors of Dutch Bros. in February 2025.
